Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early with a sweat towel and water bottle in hand.
BARREVICKY ~ Combining the strength of an athlete with the long, lean, graceful lines of a dancer. Class will incorporate isometric holds to align and strengthen combined with small range of motion to get deep into the muscles until failure. The low impact dynamic movements energize and elevate the heart rate. Space is limited to 16 people per class, so be sure to get your name on the weekly sign-up sheet at the front desk if interested.
BETTER BODY BOOTCAMP ~ Don't miss this opportunity to save up to 80% OFF PERSONAL TRAINING! Following a creative and challenging circuit course, this group personal training session is the perfect opportunity to really target those extra pounds. Build lean mass and lose body fat while working out in a positive and motivating environment.
BODY SCULPT ~ Workouts vary between light weights and body weight resistance movements to sculpt your entire body.
CARDIO SCULPT ~ Light weights + rhythmic repetition = a great workout for the entire body. Bring a water bottle and sweat towel.

STEP + ZUMBA ~ Full of rhythm, dance and amazing energy... this class will get both your heart rate and body movin' to the music! Don't forget your water bottle.
CYCLE ~ All fitness levels are welcome to join this indoor spinning class for an intense cardio workout. Motivating instruction will drive you up and down those hills as you peddle to an always spectacular play list! A sweat towel and giant bottle of water are a must for this workout. Limited bikes available, so show up 5 to 10 minutes early for a spot!
MJ's PURE SPIN ~ A fantastic 60 minute cardio workout your body will love! Clip-in spin shoes required. Sweat towel and water bottle highly recommended. Limited bikes available, show up 5 to 10 minutes early for a spot!

BOXING TRAINING with STACEY ~ Interested in learning how to box? New students must receive an introductory training session from Stacey prior to joining the class. Please contact Stacey via Fit For Life for more information. All levels welcome and students will be responsible for bringing hand-wraps and boxing gloves.

NON-MEMBER CLASS OPTIONS WITH PACKAGED FEE:
30-DAY ZUMBA PASSES AVAILABLE ~ If you are interested in joining our zumba classes, but are hesitant to jump into a full membership, this is the deal for you! 30-DAY NON-MEMBER PASSES are valid for unlimited participation of specified classes within the 30-day time period, as well as use of locker room amenities. Not valid for full gym use.
